Day 2-3 Easter
Island
Numerous excursions are included for these days
visiting the famous archaeological sites of Puna Pau, center
where the Moai's "headdresses" were carved; Ahu Akivi
featuring 7 statues facing the ocean; Ahu Te Pahu ceremonial
center; the archaeological remains of Ahu Vinapu-Ahu Hanga Te'e;
Rano Kau the ancient volcano and Orongo with the 53 houses built
of stone slabs. A full-day excursion, including a picnic lunch,takes
you to Rano Raraku with close to 400 statues, Ahu Tongariki with
15 standing statues; Ahu Heki'I-ahu Pito Kura with its ceremonial
site considered one of Easter Island's most significant remains,
and Anakena Beach. |

Day 4 Easter
Island
Visits include Ahu Huri
A Urenga known for its astronomical significance, Anakay Tangata
cavern, Ahu Vaihu and Ahu Hakahanga which are ceremonial and
cultivation sites. Evening transfer to the airport for your return
flight to Papeete. |
