Bora Bora Lagoon Resort & Spa the living is always easy. For those
whose idea of heaven is just to be able to relax and wind down,
the beach and the pool are irresistible. Palms sway overhead, cooling
drinks are always on hand, and when the sun sets, evenings can
be enjoyed in the Hiro Lounge, where local performers entertain.
At the same time, the more actively inclined can choose from a wide
variety of sports and activities, from tennis, volleyball, snorkeling,
scuba diving and deep-sea fishing, to outrigger canoeing, windsurfing
and sailing. All kinds of outings are also available, including
glass-bottom boat trips, guided 4x4 excursions around Bora Bora,
catamaran cruises and shark-feeding trips.
 Freshwater
Swimming Pool
The pool is 160 feet long and deep enough to take initiation dives.
Beach towels are available at the pool from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Our beach boys will be on hand to help you with all your requirements.
Fitness Center
The gym is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you require any personalized
training, or need assistance with equipment, please do not hesitate
to contact us at the Activities Desk. Darts can also be found here.
Gym equipment: Treadmill Bicycles, Step machines, Universal weight
machines, Life Cycle Free weights, Stereo and TV available Lounge
with floor to ceiling windows and doors to allow fresh air Ceiling
fans ensuring air circulation.
Tennis Courts
Please contact the Activities Desk to reserve a court time. Complimentary
rackets and balls can be found at the court. Toilets, water machine
and towels are all on site.
Ping-Pong
The ping-pong table is located next to the tennis courts, along
with the rackets and balls.
Beach Volleyball
If you need some extra people to make up a game, contact our Activities
Desk, some of our staff will be happy to join you!
Snorkeling
Complimentary snorkels, masks and fins are available at the Fare
Nautique. Protective sandals (recommended for walking on the reef)
are for sale and can be found in your minibar. The beach boys at
Fare Nautique will be happy to assist you, they will also direct
you to the best snorkeling areas around the resort.
Scuba
Diving
Because of the unique nature of our lagoon, the abundance of coral
and sea life within it, scuba diving is an unparalleled experience
to be remembered for life. Highly qualified teams of instructors
cater to beginners and seasoned divers alike, whether it be a certification
course or individual introductory dives. Morning, afternoon and
night dives are available. Scuba diving is coordinated through the
Concierge.
Windsurfing, Sailing, Outrigger Canoeing
These activities are all complimentary and available from our beach.
Our beach boys at Fare Nautique will be waiting to help you on your
way, explain, assist or accompany you to your chosen activity.
Water Skiing
If you would like to water ski, staff at the Activities Desk will
be happy to arrange it for you. Take a guided tour of the lagoon
on jet skis, stopping off for swimming along the way.
Parasailing
See the kaleidoscope of colors shifting below you as you soar over
the lagoon! Parasailing is on demand, so please contact the Activities
Desk to arrange this fantastic experience for you.
Lagoonarium
The Lagoonarium is a unique aquarium where you are able to swim
with the fish - an unusual and worthwhile experience which is very
popular with our guests. You may also combine your swim with a picnic
on the nearby island.
Deep-Sea Fishing
If fishing is your passion, then don't miss this opportunity to
venture beyond the reef into open seas and try your luck with the
big game - mahi mahi, wahoo, marlin and tuna. Half-day and full-day
excursions with a picnic are offered.
Shark-Feeding
Excursion
For the more adventurous! Shark-feeding excursions involve an island
tour by boat. Fantastic snorkeling in the unspoiled Coral Gardens
and the baiting and feeding of black-tipped lagoon sharks/stingrays
by your guide. Shark-feeding tours are available with an island
picnic on various days.
Catamaran Cruises
With the wind in your sails and the sun on your back, what a wonderful
way to explore the islands of Bora Bora! Choose a half-day or full-day
tour with picnic.
Jet Ski
Take a guided tour of the lagoon on jet skis, stopping for swimming
and snorkeling.
4x4 Jeep Safari
Make an excursion up Otemanu Mountain and to all the wild spots
of Bora Bora aboard a specially equipped 4x4 jeep. Your safari will
include a visit to the World War II canons and a fascinating drive
to an ancestral plantation, with plenty of local history and sightseeing
along the way.
Helicopter Tour
The breathtaking views and panoramas of Bora Bora's magic lagoon
and majestic mountain will be revealed in a new dimension from the
sky - don't forget to take your camera! Fifteen-minute and half-hour
rides are available.
