the perfect setting for exotic cocktails or alfresco poolside snacks,
with theme nights and live entertainment. Open 10:00am to 11:00pm.

Latitude 16 Degrees: Overlooking a peaceful lagoon, the restaurant
offers an array of French, international and local dishes with an
outdoor terrace for alfresco dining under the stars. Boasting a
traditional Tahitian oven, Latitude 16 Degrees features theme nights for
a true taste of French Polynesia. Open noon to 2:00pm and 7:00pm to
9:30pm.
Wakaba Japanese Teppanyaki: An ultra-stylish modern setting for a true
dining experience with Teppanyaki tables, Japanese specialties, fresh
sushi and theme menus. Open 7:00pm to 9:30pm.
**Guests at Sofitel Bora Bora Beach Resort also have the option of dining
at the nearby Sofitel Motu Bora Bora (upon reservation).
